2) Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Soak

Benefits: Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that AVC has tons of benefits. But did you know you could bathe in it? Sounds crazy? If you get seasonal allergies, have joint pain, or feel that you just need a good detox then starting with an apple cider vinegar detox bath is the way to go. It's been found that it can be used to treat mild infections caused by common strains of bacteria. Megan's Touch- add Epsom salt for some added joint relief.

Fill your bathtub up with warm water
Add 1-2 cups ACV *if it's your first time using, try starting with 1/2 cup
Add a scoop of Epsom salt if needed
Mix ingredients with foot
Soak for 20 minutes

2) Green Tea Bath

What You Need:
